These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the websites, applications and services provided by Corpshore Exams, a division of Corpshore Solutions Corporation. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using any Corpshore Exams service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy and applicable order forms or master services agreements.
2. Services
Corpshore Exams provides test administration, remote and onsite proctoring, invigilation, identity verification, secure browser technology, exam authoring, and bespoke software development for institutional and enterprise clients. Specific scope, SLAs and fees are agreed in writing.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services, including attempting to compromise integrity controls, scrape candidate data, or use the platform to engage in cheating, harassment, or unlawful activity.
4. Intellectual property
All Corpshore Exams software, content, and methodology remains our intellectual property. Limited licenses are granted to authorized clients and end-users solely for the purpose of accessing the contracted services.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corpshore Solutions Corporation's liability is limited as set out in your governing agreement. Services are provided 'as is' beyond those agreed warranties.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your master services agreement. Where none is stated, the laws of the State of Delaware, USA apply.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance through our website or by email to designated contacts.
