Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Corpshore Exams collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use our websites, candidate experiences, proctoring services and applications.

1. What we collect

Account and contact information; candidate identity data (government-issued ID, biometrics, photographs); session data (audio, video, screen recordings, browser telemetry); and operational metadata (logs, timestamps, geolocation at session level).

2. Lawful basis

We process personal data on the legal bases of contract performance with our clients, legitimate interests in delivering and securing exam services, candidate consent for biometric processing, and legal obligations where applicable.

3. Retention

Session data is retained for the period required by the contracting client and applicable regulators — typically 12–84 months. Personal identifiers are deleted on candidate request subject to client/regulator hold.

4. Sharing

We share data with our contracting clients, sub-processors (cloud infrastructure, AI integrity tooling), and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Where data is transferred internationally, we use Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent mechanisms. Data residency can be configured in our enterprise tier.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and similar regimes), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data. Contact exams@corpshore.solutions.

7. Security

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, audit logging and regular third-party security testing.
