GDPR Policy
Corpshore Exams operates GDPR-aligned controls across its proctoring, identity verification and exam-administration services. This policy summarizes our approach.
Controller / processor relationships
When we deliver proctoring or exam services on behalf of an institution, we act as a data processor. When you use our marketing website directly, we act as a controller for the marketing-related personal data we collect.
Data subject rights
EU/UK candidates can exercise access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection rights through their contracting institution or by contacting exams@corpshore.solutions.
Sub-processors
A current list of sub-processors is maintained for institutional clients. We provide 30-day notice for new sub-processors where required by contract.
International transfers
Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures are applied where personal data is transferred outside the EEA or UK.
Breach notification
Personal data breaches are reported to controllers without undue delay (within 24 hours where feasible).
