The challenge

A multi-country medical licensing exam, previously paper-based, faced item leakage and inconsistent administration across three countries. Candidates traveled hundreds of kilometers to test centers; pass-list publication took 6–8 weeks.

Our approach

Corpshore designed a hybrid program: onsite invigilation at 14 secure test centers across Nairobi, Kampala and Dar es Salaam, with remote oversight from a central control room. We deployed our secure browser, biometric ID checks and an item bank with IRT-driven psychometric calibration.

Outcomes

Pass-list publication cut from 6–8 weeks to 72 hours, with zero confirmed item-leakage incidents in 18 months.
